We want you to love your r.e.m. beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items are received at our warehouse.
